Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Grand Gifting Company. Please read our return, refund, exchange and cancellation policies below:

Returns
We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your gifting kit(s) to request a return.
For the kit to be eligible for a return, it must be — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You include a copy of your receipt / proof of purchase.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received as expected.

Kit Damages and Other Issues
Always inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received a different kit versus what you ordered. We will work with you to resolve it quickly.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on gifting kits that are on sale.

Exchanges
We want to ensure you receive the correct gift kit. The easiest way is to return the kit you have in accordance with
our return policy. Once the return is received and accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new gift kit.

Refunds
We will process your refund once we have received and inspected your returned gifting kit. We will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund after the inspection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your payment company (bank or credit card) to process and post the refund.

Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. If you decide you no longer want the gift kit, you may return it once received, in accordance with our return policy.
